Shandong Heavy Industry wins multiple "Lu Xin Cup" awards, achieving fruitful results in innovation across the board.

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions announced the results of the 2025 “Lu Xin Cup” Shandong Provincial All-Employee Innovation Competition. Shandong Heavy Industry Group won two first prizes, two second prizes, and one third prize in the employee innovation and efficiency improvement track. In the innovation studio track, two of its innovation studios successfully entered the top 50.

Weichai’s “Lin Xiao Craftsman Innovation Studio” and Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture’s “Chen Peizheng Model Worker (Craftsman) Innovation Studio” successfully entered the top 50 in the Innovation Studio track with their outstanding innovative practical achievements.
