To further inspire female employees to forge ahead on a new journey, demonstrate new achievements, and showcase new style, and to continuously promote the high-quality development of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), CNHTC held a commendation meeting on March 6th, themed “Striving for a New Journey, Women Making New Contributions,” to commemorate International Women’s Day. CNHTC leaders attended the event and presented awards to the winning female employees.
Striving for a New Journey and Women Making New Contributions
The meeting began by extending holiday greetings to female employees who remained dedicated to their posts, and affirming their efforts and achievements in the high-quality development of CNHTC. The meeting then announced the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Female Employees, Harmonious and Civilized Families, and Outstanding Female Employee Posts in 2025,” presented certificates of honor and medals to representatives of the winning female employees, and offered flowers and blessings to all female employees attending the meeting.
The meeting called on female employees to be enterprising and contribute to the company’s development, striving to be dream chasers in the new era, pioneers of high-quality development, leaders of civilized practices, and builders of a “Happy Sinotruk.” They were urged to shine even brighter in the journey of building a world-class enterprise with greater enthusiasm, higher morale, and a more pragmatic style. Trade unions at all levels were encouraged to continue deepening their care for female employees, providing detailed and practical services, building diverse growth platforms, and continuously enhancing their sense of gain, happiness, and security, creating a strong atmosphere of “one family, one heart, working together, and achieving success.”
Liu Bingwei from Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company, Wu Haixia from Jinan Parts Company, and Li Yanhong from the Automotive Research Institute delivered speeches as award recipients.
Relevant leaders from the Sinotruk Group Party Committee, trade union system, and women’s work department attended the meeting.
