On January 22, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) held its 2025 Economic Operation Analysis Meeting and Leadership Performance Review Meeting. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the speech delivered by Wang Zhijian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, at the 2026 Annual Work Conference of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and made arrangements for future work. Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNHTC, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting first conveyed and studied the spirit of the 2026 Annual Work Conference of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, requiring all levels of the group to deeply understand and earnestly implement it, and to scientifically plan in close conjunction with the actual development of CNHTC to ensure that all deployments are effectively implemented. The meeting also conducted a detailed analysis and systematic review of CNHTC’s 2025 economic operation, and relevant leaders reported on their 2025 work, existing problems, and 2026 work plans.

The meeting pointed out that 2026 is a crucial year for the group to build on its momentum and reach new heights. Facing the higher development requirements put forward by Shandong Heavy Industry Group and the increasingly complex market environment, the responsibility for doing a good job throughout the year is significant and the mission is arduous. All systems and units must firmly establish a problem-oriented, goal-oriented, and results-oriented approach, ensuring that the performance review meetings truly become “examination meetings” for identifying shortcomings and “improvement meetings” for learning and exchange. This will effectively promote the upgrading of cadres’ performance capabilities and overall work efficiency, laying a solid foundation for a good start to the year’s work.

The meeting emphasized that in 2026, we must set higher goals, take initiative, and overcome difficulties: In the domestic market, while consolidating our leading position in sales, we must achieve comprehensive leadership in product quality, delivery capabilities, and service systems. In the international market, we must rise to the challenge, wage a successful “defense battle” and “offensive battle” in fierce competition, and achieve breakthrough development in overseas business. All leading cadres must effectively play a leading role, taking the lead in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, translating strategic goals into concrete actions, and transforming work plans into practical results. All systems and units must deeply reflect on and summarize the prominent problems and weaknesses exposed in their work in 2025, systematically review and rectify them, and resolutely win the Group’s “ten tough battles” in 2026 with a decisive attitude. They must steadfastly complete all annual targets and tasks, implement all tasks assigned by Shandong Heavy Industry Group with high quality, and strive to push the Group’s performance to new heights and achieve new leaps forward.

More than 360 people attended the meeting, including the leadership team and directors of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, assistant general managers, directors, assistant-level and above leaders, and experts at level four and above, both online and offline.
