Sinotruk held a training course to enhance the comprehensive capabilities of its youth league cadres and the fourth phase of the "Young Marxist Cultivation Project" in 2025.

To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and further enhance the political literacy and professional competence of the Youth League cadres of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), the CNHTC Youth League Committee successfully held a training course on comprehensive capacity building for Youth League cadres and the fourth phase of the “Young Marxist Cultivation Project” at the Shandong Provincial Youth League School from November 19th to 21st, 2025. This is an important measure taken by CNHTC to strengthen the ideological and political guidance of young people and cultivate young backbone forces, fully demonstrating CNHTC’s high regard for youth work.

During the three-day training, more than 60 people, including leaders of Youth League organizations at all levels of CNHTC and young political backbones, participated in systematic learning. At the opening ceremony, relevant leaders of CNHTC pointed out that young people are an important force for CNHTC’s innovative development and a vital force for CNHTC’s sustainable development. The CNHTC Party Committee has always placed youth work in a strategic position, committed to building a growth platform and providing development opportunities for CNHTC’s youth. Currently, CNHTC is at a critical stage of transformation and upgrading, and urgently needs to cultivate a team of young backbone cadres who are politically firm, highly capable, and have a strong work ethic.

This training program, closely aligned with the development needs of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), was structured into three modules: political theory, practical youth league work, and innovative practice. The political theory course focused on in-depth interpretation of the Party’s innovative theories, guiding CNHTC’s young core members to strengthen their “Four Consciousnesses,” firm up their “Four Confidences,” and achieve “Two Safeguards.” The practical youth league work course focused on the standardized construction of the Communist Youth League’s work, enhancing the professional capabilities of CNHTC’s youth league cadres. The innovative practice module, centered on CNHTC’s strategic development direction, inspired young people to contribute their wisdom to CNHTC’s technological innovation and management improvement.

During the training, the CNHTC Youth League Committee also organized on-site Party spirit education and thematic seminars. Through site visits and learning, CNHTC’s young core members further strengthened their ideals and beliefs. In the exchanges and discussions, participants engaged in lively discussions on topics such as “How to leverage the role of youth in CNHTC’s high-quality development,” sharing their work experience in various positions within CNHTC and jointly exploring new ideas and methods for serving CNHTC’s development.

Representatives of the Youth League trainees stated in their speeches that they will apply what they have learned in the training to their practical work, strengthening their learning with unwavering perseverance, overcoming difficulties with pioneering spirit, and working diligently with a drive to be the best. They will showcase their youthful achievements on the broad platform provided by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) and contribute their youthful strength to CNHTC’s goal of becoming a world-class commercial vehicle group.

This training program is a concrete practice of CNHTC’s efforts to strengthen the cultivation of young talent. Through systematic and professional training, it effectively improved the overall level of the CNHTC Youth League’s work. The trainees expressed that they will take this training as a new starting point, transforming their learning outcomes into practical actions to promote the high-quality development of CNHTC and writing a glorious chapter of youth in CNHTC’s journey of innovative development.
