Faced with the challenge of record-high monthly assembly production and a 40% surge in daily shipments, Dazhi Company optimized regional management and workflow design, and innovated the “accounting + barcode scanner” model, achieving an average daily shipment of over 600 assemblies. This significantly improved operational efficiency and ensured the timely delivery of Sinotruk Howo orders.
